The Scratch Games relaunch was approached as a system problem rather than a single visual refresh. With a large and constantly evolving scratch portfolio, the core challenge was scale: maintaining consistency, speed, and quality across dozens of games and multiple channels.

I redesigned the production model by moving from isolated, file‑based Adobe workflows to a component‑driven system in Figma. Each scratch game was decomposed into reusable, governed building blocks—logo, background, coupon layout, and price indicators—structured as component variants based on clear rules rather than fixed layouts.

To operationalise the system, I published a dedicated set of Figma Buzz templates, allowing all outputs to be generated from a single, controlled source. This enabled the same game configuration to scale seamlessly across the Allwyn scratch site, mobile app, push notifications, vending machines, and retail network assets.

By shifting the focus from asset creation to system definition, the workflow became faster, more reliable, and easier to maintain. New games, updates, or format changes could be rolled out with minimal effort while preserving brand and product consistency across every touchpoint.
