I designed the main program logo and a visual system for three recognition categories, creating an identity that feels modern, human, and celebratory while remaining aligned with Allwyn’s corporate brand.

This visual language was extended across three distinct sub‑identities: Allwyn Kudos - non‑monetary appreciation. Allwyn Gem - monetary recognition. Allwyn Game Changers & Legendary Team - team awards


I began the process by exploring different visual metaphors around recognition, appreciation, and achievement. These early concepts tested a variety of symbols—such as stars, hearts, people, and awards—to understand how emotion, celebration, and inclusivity could be expressed in a simple and friendly visual language.

The final logo brings together a lens, a heart, and the letter “O” to represent recognition, focus, and care within the Allwyn Recognition Program. This combination reflects the idea of noticing and valuing people, while remaining clean, modern, and scalable across different recognition categories and applications.
