Singapore Pools is a national lottery operator serving a wide and diverse user base within a regulated digital environment. This project involved the responsive redesign of the Singapore Pools website, focusing on improving usability, clarity, and consistency across desktop and mobile experiences.

I was involved in the redesign process as a UX/UI Designer, contributing to account‑related pages and lottery game experiences. The work focused on improving multi‑step user flows and establishing consistent interaction patterns across devices.

A key part of the work included designing account pages such as registration, verification, and account status. These flows required clear progress indicators, validation feedback, and status messaging to support users through mandatory verification steps.

Early UX exploration was done using UXPin, allowing flows and edge cases to be reviewed before moving into visual design. The project reinforced the importance of clarity, consistency, and user feedback when designing regulated, information‑heavy platforms.
